I’m a respected facilitator, coach and consultant who specializes in activating team cultures and propelling them towards high performance. My experience with group dynamics, event design, embodiment, and leadership development result in bespoke client experiences that are both fun and engaging while driving true change.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from UC San Diego. As a coach, I hold certification as a Performance Consultant (Talent Dynamics) and an embodiment coach.

I create engaging, dynamic group processes that leverage the various strengths and intelligences in the room. I hold tension in a non-threatening way and apply genuine coaching curiosity and a dash of humor to help groups unearth novel solutions to complex challenges. 

I believe a team is strongest when it is drawing on everyone’s unique talents and culture is best shifted by intentionally grappling with sticky business issues.
